“ The service was absolutely impeccable, the restaurant itself very nice as well. All dishes came looking wonderful. The whole experience felt of high quality and effort. Regarding the food, it was overall good. The karaage was delicious, as well as my lychee mocktail. We took some rainbow rolls and the kojin sushi set. The rainbow rolls were tasty but it taste wise it didn't feel like there were much différences between the different rolls. For the sushi set, the pork one and the salmon ones were out of this world, so good. The others were ok. The tuna ones and wagyu one were disappointing taste wise. Overall the dinner experience was very high quality and very enjoyable, but considering it was even expensive from a French point of view (so *really* expensive from a Balinese point of view) the food wasn't up to our expectations. Please note it WAS good, but not mind blowing or simply up to par what we expected with these prices. Maybe we ought to have tried meat dishes and not sushis instead to better enjoy it ? Anyway, we do recommend to try this restaurant if money if not an issue and you fancy good Japanese food, but if you want to splurge on exceptional food, maybe not. Food taste aside I really want to underline the experience was great and I had a very good evening. ”
“ The place is magnificent and the food beyond delicious! For starters we had the tuna tataki and seared scallop, they were an explosion of tastes. For main we tried the Wagyu strip loin which was absolutely delicious and we also tried the squid. Will definitely come back here if I can! ”
